So you want to lose your stmoach and make the muscle groups around that midline area a lot stronger...3 simple tips to do this...1) do most of your weighhts standing up (bicep curls)(shoulder press) 2) medicine ball workouts are great and really test that area....3) work on planks, side planks, swiss ball planks increase your time week to week.
