Cardio dont shift fat.
cardio will shift muscle and only a bit of fat. You will not burn calories after your workout. Cardio will only make you a big pear to a small pear. You have to do weights and a fat burning session....develop more muscle burn more fat. simple

Never miss breakfast
Never miss it.Our bodys run on glucose that is where we get fuel to think, walk, talk and do other activties. When you sleep you are fasting for an average of 8 hours.
